A large room is divided into two by an 8’ barbed wire fence. The windows are covered on the outside with corrugated iron and each half of the room is spot lit from the other half. The concrete floor is kept washed and a little wet, giving the place a chilly atmosphere. The room has two entrances, one either side of the fence.
